These Terms and Conditions apply to the Luvia mobile application and related services (hereby referred to as the "Application" or the "Service"). The Application is provided as a free service with optional paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases where available.

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, extraction of source code, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the Application is prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.

Accounts and User Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and device access. You agree to provide accurate information when using account-related features and to use the Application in a lawful and respectful manner.

You may submit prompts, text, photos, videos, feedback, and other content while using the Application. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it. You must not upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise violates applicable rules or the rights of others.

AI Features

The Application may include AI-powered features that generate text, images, media, suggestions, or other outputs based on user input. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for certain uses. You should review AI-generated content before relying on, sharing, or using it.

The Application is intended for entertainment and general interactive use. AI outputs do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other expert advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or another authorized payment provider where applicable. The price, billing cycle, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the payment provider's rules. You are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions through your Google Play account or the applicable payment provider. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

Service Responsibility

We are dedicated to making the Application useful, reliable, and secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or charge for any part of the Application at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules. Any charges for paid features will be clearly communicated before purchase.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide or authorize in order to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how information is collected, used, and protected.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions may expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, or security risks, and may cause the Application to function incorrectly or not at all.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to terms for third-party service providers that may be used by the Application:

Internet Connection

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access, network restrictions, service outages, or exhausted data allowance.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms may still apply. You may incur charges for data usage, roaming, or other network services. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible, secure, charged, and connected as needed to use the Service. We cannot be held responsible if your device runs out of battery, loses connectivity, is compromised, or otherwise prevents you from accessing the Application.

Although we strive to keep the Application updated and reliable, certain features may depend on third-party services, network availability, device settings, operating system behavior, or user-provided content. We accept no liability for losses that result from reliance on unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate functionality to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Application Updates

We may update the Application from time to time to improve features, security, compatibility, or performance. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with every operating system version or device.

We may also suspend or discontinue the Application or parts of the Service at any time. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date may be revised. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
