Welcome to Luvia ("Luvia," "we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide AI interactions, support app functionality, improve our services, and maintain a secure experience.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Registration: When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your account ID and related profile information that you provide or authorize.

Subscription & Payments: If you purchase premium features or subscriptions, payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers such as Google Play Billing. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

User Content: We may collect content you submit in the app, including prompts, AI chat content, uploaded photos, uploaded videos, images you generate, app feedback, ratings, or similar content you choose to provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device & Technical Data: We may collect device identifiers, IP address, operating system, app version, device model, network information, and diagnostic data to provide the Service, optimize app performance, and diagnose technical issues.

Usage Analytics: We may track feature usage patterns, session duration, app interactions, events, and performance information through tools such as Firebase Analytics.

Advertising & Attribution Data: Where applicable, we may use advertising identifiers, Google Play install referrer information, and advertising services data to measure ads, support attribution, prevent fraud, and improve marketing performance.

Important Notes

Deleted Data: Account information, user profile information, AI interactions, submitted content, generated content, and app customization settings may be deleted where technically and legally possible.

Retained Data: Purchase records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, and aggregated or de-identified usage data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, accounting, security, or service improvement.

We will respond to valid privacy requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as contractual protections and other measures required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Luvia is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information where required.

Active Accounts: Account information and user content may be retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service.
